Thought I had a burst pipe/leaking pipe late last night so put an enquiry through to their website. Called them early this morning and they already knew who I was. Adam and Omar came by within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem and proposed several solutions given my current and future situation. Turns out my shower was busted, and it wasn't a burst pipe causing the leak. Had it fixed on the spot and I'm happy with their service and end product.

Omar and Adam completed the job however misquoted way over the regular price while the work they completed only took 3 and a half hours to complete I have to fork over $1500 for replacement of pipes. I would not recommend this company as they will overcharge you, they also did not complete the other pipe work which had been previously agreed on.

Contacted me immediately but was at another job. Gave me an estimate of when they could come by, but unfortunately the job they were on took longer than expected. Communicated with me in a timely manner with a revised time and were here within 10 minutes of the revised time. Job was completed quickly and competently, and even though late afternoon and obviously tired, both Adam and Omah were professional and cordial.

Highly recommended! These guys came within 20minutes of my call and cleared my blocked gully drain immediately. They were extremely friendly, assessed the issue thoroughly and gave me a quote on the spot that was half the price of a previous quote I got. After the blocked drain was cleared they checked that everything was running smoothly and also helped me to unclog my bathroom sink. Great communication, professional and amazing value.

Called Omar last night as Mum’s water heater burst. He was there within the hour and turned off the water and promised to return with a new hot water unit in the morning. Omar was there early the next morning and installed the new unit. I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name he was working with but both were respectful and polite. They left the premises clean.Mum was thrilled with the service and will recommend them to anyone she can.Thanks Omar and team I clearly picked the right company for Mums emergency call out.

I found Clean and Clear plumbing on Google as I was having issues on my bathroom tap leakage. Adam and Omar attended today and completed the job within 90 minutes for both bathrooms. I was expecting that the flexi hoses under the kitchen sink would need replacing, as would the mixer tap as a result. Upon inspection I was advised they were in excellent condition as was the tap. I appreciated their honesty. Both Adam and Omar were polite, clean and a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Adam and Omar enough.

This Friday morning started in a mess: bathroom basin is leaking, laundry room tap cannot be turned off and toilet seat brackets has broken. After I post the jobs on OneFlare, they called me within 15min with a very friendly manner. Then they came to check the issues within half an hour. They offered a reasonable quote, after I agreed they went to buy the parts. Then two of them work at the same time fixed the 3 jobs within half an hour. I’m very happy about their service.
